The People and Performance Branch is responsible for enabling our department to deliver on its purpose through modern and innovative people strategies. We play a critical role in building and sustaining a workplace culture of inclusivity, integrity and professionalism, reflective of a modern and responsive public service.

The Talent Management Programs Team is responsible for designing and delivering a range of strategic recruitment outcomes that support an inclusive workforce, provide career options, and establish an ongoing pipeline for critical professions. Specifically, we manage a range of programs that serve as a talent pipeline to the wider-department.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Coordinator to take carriage of our Talent Management Programs and support our participants and people to navigate their career path with the department.

You will be directly responsible for the day-to-day management of a range of Talent Management Programs including the department’s Graduate Development Program, our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment Programs, and other established affirmative measures programs.

You will also work with the Assistant Director, Talent Acquisition and Programs and the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Programs to design and implement other programs that support strategic capability development within the department’s workforce.
