AIATSIS is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Project Manager, Change and Communications Project. This role will lead the internal communication and stakeholder engagement activities as part of the Transformation Programme.

Key responsibilities include planning, delivering and reporting on communication activities as per the Change and Communications Plan, and the development of a longer term plan to support ongoing change management and communication activities under the Transformation Programme.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with demonstrated experience in senior communication positions. They will also be skilled in the production of high quality internal communication material, including digital and print media.

The successful candidate will be highly culturally competent and a team player with superior stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive approach to planning and executing tasks.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the implementation of innovative flagship AIATSIS projects and participate in supporting AIATSIS to further its role in shaping the national narrative and transforming peoples’ engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australia.
